One good site I've been using in the past is www.delicious.com. It has the benefit of being able to save bookmarks in the cloud rather than just on one computer.
I use the Google Chrome browser and it is possible to set that up so that all bookmarks you save on that browser are saved in the cloud, as well. It's nice because you can see your bookmarks on docs.google.com
